Refund policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our metal art.

 

Please note the following return policy:

* Please contact us within 7 days of ordering.

* Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.

* International Orders are extended based on order/ delivery dates.  

 

Conditions of return:

Items that are not custom-made may be eligible for return, subject to the following conditions. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Restocking Fee: 

A 15% restocking fee may be applied to cover inspection costs and potential loss of value. This fee also applies if the return is initiated for reasons other than a defect or issue with the product.

Return Shipping Costs: 

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning the item, including shipping. Please utilize a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. 

Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition. Any damages incurred during the return process will affect the refund amount.

Refund Process: Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be processed to the original payment method, less any applicable fees.

Please Note:

- Returns are accepted for non-custom items only. Custom items, including any items personalized with specific designs, names, or colors, are not eligible for return.

- We don't generally accept cancellations but will take approved circumstances into consideration. Please never hesitate to contact us if you have any problems, we ae always here to help!
